Latest News April 2012

The horses enjoyed there well deserved break over Christmas and New Year and with almost 6 weeks off they put a few extra kilos on and both horses seemed very relaxed. Time to get fit again!

The first two dressage competitions of the year were cancelled due to rain and we didn't get a lot of training done as my own arena was pretty wet as well. Finally after a few weeks of sunshine we got back into it. I nominated Larundel Guardian in the official Prelim & Novice and Balero in the official Medium & Advanced. The horses worked very well. It was a beautiful relaxed day and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.

Larundel Guardian scored 65.75% in his prelim and we had a total stuff up in the Novice. Better luck next time! Balero scored 60.556% in his Medium and 59.625% in his very first official Advanced. The top hat and Kentucky tails from The Netherlands fitted beautifully.
